All orders placed through Nextronix are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment. This duration is required for order verification, quality control, and packaging. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
Nextronix proudly offers Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee applies. We offer the following estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
(Global) Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (Available for $15.00) Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
3. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
