We offer a full refund for most products returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or gently used, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
