1. Eligibility and Return Window

Nextronix offers a 30-day window from the delivery date for all returns and exchanges. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective films intact. Items that show clear signs of misuse or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible.

2. Procedures for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact our support team at support@nextronix.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number may be subject to delays or refusal.

3. Shipping Costs and Exceptions

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for standard returns. Nextronix will cover all shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
