1. TEMPLATE LICENSE & USER LIABILITY
This document outlines the usage terms for the Perimeter cybersecurity template. By acquiring this template, the purchaser is granted the right to use the structure, technical layout, and visual design elements. The buyer agrees to immediately replace all placeholder text, generic cybersecurity imagery, and the text-based brand name ("Perimeter") with their own compliant, accurate content before publication.
2. CONSENT TO TEMPLATE TERMS
By accessing or using this template, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms are non-transferable and apply only to the template's design assets. Use of the template does not constitute an agreement for support beyond the Marketplace's standard terms.
3. PLACEHOLDERS, ASSETS AND BRAND DESIGN
All content (including text, images, info, stats and testimonials etc) and the brand "Perimeter" and other things are provided strictly as placeholders. The buyer must replace these elements. The brand logo is a text-based placeholder and must be used only as a placeholder and cannot be registered as a final trademark. If you wish to use it as trademark first seek legal guidance without legal guidance it is not allowed.
4. TYPOGRAPHY AND FONT LIMITS
The font used for this Perimeter website template is Poppins, which is provided through the Wix Studio environment. This means the license provided by Wix is intended for use within this specific website project. Use of these fonts for external branding or additional workstations may require the buyer to obtain separate licensing.
5. TEMPLATE CHANGES AND DISTRIBUTION
The Buyer has the right to modify the template design, layout, and content after purchase. However, the Buyer is strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the original template file or its assets as a competing website template product.
6. PROTECTION AND INDEMNIFICATION
The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Creator (Webstify) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Buyer’s use or misuse of the template, any modifications made to the template, or the Buyer’s failure to replace placeholder content with accurate, legally compliant information.
