The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Perimeter template structure, code, and design on a single website domain (Wix Studio site). This license does not permit the Buyer to redistribute, resell, or offer the template structure as a separate product.

The "Perimeter" brand name is a placeholder. The logo is a text-based element created using Wix Studio's native editor and must be replaced by the Buyer with their own unique brand assets. Use of the "Perimeter" name as a final registered trademark is not permitted without independent legal guidance.

All visual assets, including all images and icons, are sourced exclusively from the Wix Studio Free Image Library and Wix AI Image Generator tools. They are free for commercial use within the platform only. Use of these assets outside of the Wix environment is strictly prohibited.

Fonts: This template exclusively uses the Poppins font, a Google Font included in Wix Studio for template use.
