1. Template End-User License: The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Lumina template structure, code, and design on a single website domain (Wix Studio site). This license does not permit the Buyer to redistribute, resell, or offer the template structure as a separate product.


2. Placeholder Brand and Logo: The "Lumina" brand name is a unified shape + text based placeholder and is intended for placeholder use only. The Buyer must replace this specific shape and brand text combination with their own original assets. This template does not grant ownership of the placeholder logo for final trademark or service mark registration.


3. Asset Attribution and Sources: All visual assets are sourced to be 100% compliant with the Wix Studio Marketplace guidelines:

  • Images: Sourced from the Wix Studio Free Image Library or generated using the Wix AI Image Generator within the editor.

  • Icons: Sourced directly from the Wix Studio Image Library.

  • Fonts: The primary typeface is Inter, which is a Google Font included natively in Wix Studio for template use.

  • Design Elements: All custom gradients and the "Forest Noir" aesthetic are created natively using Wix Studio's built-in design tools.
