While the template's structure, Inter typography, and Forest Noir color contrast (e.g., 4.5:1 for small text) adhere to best practices, the Creator (Webstify) cannot guarantee that the final published site will be compliant with all specific international accessibility laws. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their final customized content is compliant.

1. Conformance Status (Template): The Lumina template is designed to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where possible. Key design elements, including the unified shape-and-text logo, were built to maintain sufficient color contrast, use clear responsive text (minimum 12px across all breakpoints), and prioritize a logical DOM order.

2. Structural Best Practices: The site uses a clean information architecture, featuring only one H1 tag per page. The main structure relies on Wix Studio's responsive layout units (sections, containers, and grid) to prevent content overflow or misalignment across devices. All images sourced from the Wix Studio Library or Wix AI Image Generator allow for easy "Alt Text" customization.

3. Feedback and Reporting: If a Buyer notices an issue with the template's original design structure, they can report it through the official Marketplace support channels or through the Webstify profile. Note that the Creator is not responsible for accessibility issues caused by custom code or content added by the Buyer.
