TERMS OF USE
1. Template End-User License & Liability
This document outlines the terms for the use of the Metric AI website template. By purchasing this template, the buyer can use the structure, layout, and visual design. The buyer agrees to immediately replace all placeholder text, images, and the sample brand name ("Metric AI") with their own compliant content. The creator (Webstify) is not liable for the buyer's failure to update content or for any legal issues arising from the buyer's final published content.
2. Acceptance of Template Terms
By accessing or using this template, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms are non-transferable and apply only to the template's design assets. Use of the template does not constitute an agreement for support beyond the Marketplace's standard terms.
3. Placeholder Content and Trademarks
All content (including text, pricing, testimonials) and the brand "Metric AI" are provided strictly as placeholders. The buyer must replace these elements. The placeholder logo, sourced from Logoipsum, must be used only as a placeholder and cannot be registered as a final trademark or service mark.
4. Font Licensing and Usage Limits
The custom font used for the 'Metric' placeholder logo was created using the Logoipsum Editor+. This font is provided to the template buyer under a Single-Use Commercial License. This means:
*Limit of Use: You may use this font for the final branding of only one (1) client or business project.
*User Limit: The license is limited to one (1) user or workstation.
*Buying More: If your team has multiple designers, or if you wish to use this font for more than one brand, you must contact Logoipsum to purchase an extended license for multi-user or modified usage. *Your Responsibility: By purchasing this template, you agree that you are solely responsible for acquiring any necessary extended licenses for your specific business needs.
5. Template Modification and Distribution
The Buyer has the right to modify the template design, layout, and content after purchase. However, the Buyer is strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the original template file or its assets (code, structure) as a competing website template product or service.
6. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Creator (Webstify) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Buyer’s use or misuse of the template, any modifications made to the template, or the Buyer’s failure to replace placeholder content with accurate, legally compliant information.
