The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Metric AI template structure, code, and design on a single website domain (Wix Studio site). This license does not permit the Buyer to redistribute, resell, or offer the template structure as a separate product.

The "Metric AI" brand name is a placeholder. The logo image, containing only the text "Metric" and a geometric shape, is sourced from Logoipsum. The Buyer must replace these with their own assets. The Logoipsum Fair Use License permits their use as a placeholder but forbids using them as a final, registered trademark or service mark.

Images/Icons: All visual assets are sourced exclusively from the Wix Studio Free Image Library/Icons and are free for commercial use within the platform.

*Fonts: The primary typefaces, Inter are Google Fonts and are included in Wix Studio for use in this template.

*Logo Font: The font used in the "Metric" placeholder logo is subject to the Logoipsum Single-Use Commercial Font License, detailed in the Terms of Use.
