1. Template End-User License & Liability

 This document outlines the terms for using the Slate website template. By purchasing this template, the buyer can use the layout and design for a single website project. The buyer agrees to replace all placeholder text, statistics, testimonials, and the sample brand name "Slate" with their own information. The creator (Webstify) is not responsible for any content updates or issues on the buyer's live website.

2. Acceptance of Template Terms
By using this template, you agree to these terms. These terms apply only to the template's design assets. Using this template does not include technical support beyond the standard Wix Studio Marketplace terms.

3. Placeholder Content and Site Assets
All text, service descriptions, pricing, statistics, testimonials and using the name "Slate" are strictly placeholders. The Slate logo is a text-based placeholder created using native Wix Studio typography; it is editable but cannot be registered as a final trademark. Buyers must replace these items with their own brand details.

4. Font Licensing and Usage Limits
The only typography used in this template is Inter, a Google Font provided through the Wix Studio environment. This means:

  • Limit of Use: You may use this typography style for the final branding of only one (1) client or business project.

  • User Limit: The license is limited to one (1) user or workstation.

  • Your Responsibility: By purchasing this template, you agree that you are solely responsible for acquiring any necessary extended licenses for your specific business needs if you move outside the Wix ecosystem.

5. Media and Images
All images used in this template are sourced from Unsplash. All icons used across this template are sourced from the Wix Studio Image Library. They are included only as placeholders to make the template look complete. The buyer should replace them with their own assets.

6. Template Modification and Distribution
The buyer has the right to modify the template design, layout, and content after purchase. However, the buyer is strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the original template file or its assets as a competing website template product or service.

7. Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creator (Webstify) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the buyer's use of the template, including any technical data inaccuracies or compliance failures on the final live site.
