1. Template End-User License
The purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Slate template structure, code, and design on a single website domain (Wix Studio site). This license does not permit the buyer to redistribute, resell, or offer the template structure as a separate product.

2. Placeholder Brand and Logo
The "Slate" brand name is a text-based placeholder created using native Wix Studio typography and is intended for placeholder use only. The buyer must replace this brand name and all associated text with their own original assets. This template does not grant ownership of the placeholder logo for final trademark or service mark registration.

3. Asset Attribution and Sources
All visual assets are sourced to be 100% compliant with the Wix Studio Marketplace guidelines:

  • Images: Sourced directly from Unsplash.

  • Icons: Sourced directly from the Wix Studio Image Library.

  • Fonts: This template exclusively uses the Inter font, a Google Font included in Wix Studio for template use.

4. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for replacing all placeholder content, brand identity, images, and data with their own legally compliant assets before publishing their live website. Webstify is not liable for any trademark, copyright, or branding claims arising from the buyer's failure to replace placeholder content.
