The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Fluid AI template structure, code, and design on a single website domain (Wix Studio site). This license does not permit the Buyer to redistribute, resell, or offer the template structure as a separate product.

The "Fluid AI" brand name is a placeholder. The logo image was created on Canva website on free account and is intended for placeholder use only. The Buyer must replace this logo and brand name with their own original assets. This template does not grant ownership of the placeholder logo for final trademark or service mark registration.

All visual assets are sourced to be compliant with the Wix Studio Marketplace:

* Images/Icons: Sourced from the Wix Studio Free Image Library.

* Fonts: The primary typefaces (such as Poppins) are Google Fonts included in Wix Studio for template use.

* Logo Elements: Placeholder logo elements utilize Canva Free components subject to Canva’s standard Content License Agreement for personal and commercial use as part of a design.
