After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds:

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use or damage not due to our error). Shipping fees may also be non-refundable.
